Below you will find a range of exercise sheets that may help you on your road to recovery. Please contact us for advice on which of these exercises will suit you best if you have not already been recommended to do them by your practitioner.   You can download these information sheets on our site or print them.  We regularly review our existing exercise sheets and add new ones if needed.
