We are open!
We are very pleased to say that we are now open for osteopathy appointments with Stuart and Felix. Appointments can be made online or by calling or emailing us. Our reception staff are still working remotely most of the time so please bear with us and leave a message if you call and they are not there, we will get back to you!
We are busy working to ensure that our clinic environment is as safe as it possibly can be for both our patients and staff . We will be screening all patients and staff for covid 19 symptoms prior to appointments and ensuring that we wear appropriate protection for face to face appointments. To see some of the measure we have put in place please take a look at our VIDEO
We are also pleased to announce that NICOLA will be returning to the practice from Wednesday 8th July for Acupuncture appointments. Appointments will be limited so please give us a call to be put on the waiting list!
Our other practitioners are continuing to work remotely offering free advice and support for our patients at this difficult time. Just email us or leave us a message and we will call you back and see if we can help.
There are many aspects of a consultation that can be done online, assessment, exercises, ergonomic and self help advice can all be offered remotely. So if you are shielding or have a vulnerable person in your household we advise that it is currently safer to book for a video consultation. They have proved to be very useful for many of our regular patients during lockdown.
We are keeping a close eye everyday on the guidance and updates from the government and we are hoping to be able to reopen for massage, reflexology and Indian head massage very soon so watch this space!
Stay in touch and stay safe !
The support from our patients who have been in since we reopened has been amazing.
It has been fantastic to be back helping people again. We have had lots of positive feedback from our patients saying that they feel “safe” and “extremely well cared for ” during their treatments.
