We did it !

We are thrilled to have won the practice of the year award 2023! We had a fantastic evening in London for the Institute of Osteopathy conference and gala dinner.

It was a lovely surprise to win,  and was all down to the fabulous support and kind comments that so many of our regular patients sent in! The practice of the year award is given to one UK based practice and is voted for by patients and a panel of specialists within the world of osteopathy. It is awarded to celebrate practices : 

“that provide excellent care and use patient feedback and demonstrate a commitment to developing the standards of their service in line with the institute of osteopathy members patient charter “ 

It has been a fantastic opportunity to reflect and such a positive endorsement for the work of our practitioners and our endlessly patient reception team!

Unfortunately Stuart, Felix and Sarah were not able to join the rest of the team in London , so we promise that we will be getting a cheesy photo with them soon !
