Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a gentle and effective hands-on therapy which is tailored to the individual. Osteopaths understand the body and are trained to use a variety of techniques including stretching, massage and manipulation to increase joint mobility, relieve muscle tension and to enhance the blood and nerve supply to tissues.

Remedial Massage Indian Head Massage & Reflexology

Massage has been used for centuries as a way of relieving pain and tension. It can improve mobility,  aid relaxation, as well as relieving anxiety and stress and often helping sleep patterns. It can be easily adapted to your individual needs .

 

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a system of healthcare which has been used within Traditional Chinese  Mecidine for thousands of years. The focus is on you as an individual, not your illness. Fine needles are inserted at certain points in the body for therapeutic or preventative purposes. It can be used to help many different problems for example, headaches, digestive problems, pain relief, arthritic problems..

Our practice is family friendly. We have patients who benefit from treatment and advice in all age groups.  Some therapists have extra training to work with children check our about us page.
